The sprites

Every Pokemon on this site is drawn with Pokemon Showdown's static Black and White sprites. They are mirrored and served from here rather than from Showdown, so looking at this site costs Showdown no bandwidth.

The Black and White sprites for Pokemon from later generations do not exist in any game. They were drawn by the community, through the Smogon Sprite Project, and Showdown's own credits page lists the artists by name: pokemonshowdown.com/credits.php.

No licence covers these images and this page does not claim one. They are here because the alternative was a site with no Pokemon in it, and they come down the day anyone with a claim asks. Asking is an issue on the repository, and it needs no more than a sentence.
